Performance Youth Training

In addition to Personal Training for Adults, FreeZone Fitness NOW offers FOUR Youth Training Programs to choose from:

  • Performance Training – NEW A.S.A.P training. A sports conditioning program for competitive athletes in 8th-12th grade that is focused on the skills and drills designed to improve:

Agility, Strength, Acceleration, and Power.

  • Champ Camp - Targeted strength and conditioning/speed and agility training intended to achieve results while getting middle schoolers (5th - 8th grade) in shape; open to athletes to supplement their sports seasons, as well as non- athletes who can benefit from structured fitness programs.

  • iMove – A challenging fitness/exercise program to get less active kids (5th & 6th graders) moving and OFF their electronic devices; open to all athletic levels, even non athletic types who want to engage in physical activity.

  • Individual Personal Training - one on one training based on your youth's needs and schedule.

GAME OVER!

We want to help you keep your kids physically active this school year and help you keep them off the game systems for a couple hours longer!

Summer is over and school is starting. We know that all kids will be getting back into a routine but this year may be a little harder due to the latest video game Fortnite! Why you ask?

If your kids are anything like ours they spent at least 2 hours a day playing Fortnite this summer.

Yes, video games are fun and we all love to play them, but let's lead by example and remind them that Physical Fitness is MORE important!

Don't get us wrong, video games are great for helping kids learn teamwork, strategic thinking and creativity!

But we know that Physical Activity is vital for a child's development and lays the foundation for a healthy and active lifestyle.

Here a just a few of the many benefits kids can get from adding 2 hours a week of physical activity with iMove Personal Training:
