Shayna is a certified Bootcamp instructor through Fittour and Step Through AFAA. She has been teaching for 4 years.

My specialty: "Kickboxing, lifting classes, abs and interval training. I love to inspire others to achieve their fitness goals. To me, fitness is a lifestyle, not a quick fix or fad. I love to make exercising fun and rewarding so that people enjoy coming to the gym, see results from working hard and fee good about their decision to be active."

Kristina

Kristina is certified in NSPA-CPT, USAT Level 1 Coach, AFAA Group Exercise, and NSPA Cycling. She has been teaching for 4 years.

My specialty: "Personal trainer, triathlon/running coach, bootcamp (cross-fit) and cycling. It is awesome to challenge our bodies to do things that we never thought were possible. I love helping people transform their lives by becoming stronger and healthier."

Danielle- Fitness Director

Danielle is National Academy of Sports Medicine - CPT and P90x certified. She has been teaching for 4.5 years.

My specialty: P90x and personal training. "Fitness/nutrition are my passion! It's fun to be fit and to feel GOOD - enjoy life to the fullest. My purpose is to share my knowledge and passion for P90x, to help others achieve their goals ultimately leading them to a healthier, happier, fit lifestyle. All while I continue my education in fitness/nutrition to better myself and clients."

Agnes

Agnes is a certified Zumba instructor. She has been teaching for 5 years.

My specialty: "Latin dances. In 2009 when I became certified, Zumba made my life change. I became fit and healthy. I tried Zumba because I didn't like training. Now, I vary my exercises and challenge myself and I feel great. I feel stronger and I see a big difference in my body by doing a combination of Zumba and training."

Megan

Megan is a certified Zumba instructor with CPR/AED and First Aid training. She has been teaching for 3 years.

My specialty: "Zumba. I enjoy fitness because if I can make a small good difference in someone's life, I've done my job."

April

April is an ACE certified Group Exercise Instructor, ACE certified Personal Trainer, Schwinn Certified Spin Instructor, RYT 200 Yoga Alliance Certified, and Wisdom Method School of Yoga certified to teach Yin and Restorative Yoga. She has been in the field for 10 years and teaching Yoga for 3 years.

My specialty: "Yoga. Health and wellness in both the body and mind are so important in being able to fully enjoy all that life has to offer. I love teaching others ways to be healthy, but most importantly I love helping other find their internal motivation to live a healthy lifestyle."

Nicki

Nicki has a kinesiology degree from the University of Maryland and is certified through AAAI-ISMA for Total Body Strengthening, mat Pilates and Yoga. She also holds certifications through YogaFit for yoga and prenatal/postpartum yoga, Cycle Reebok, Resista-a-ball and she is also CPR and AED certifies. Nicki received her 200 hour teacher training certificate in Integrative Yoga Therapy in 2006 and is also registered with Yoga Alliance. She's been in the fitness industry and teaching since 1998. 

My Speciality: "Pilates and Yoga. Connecting the mind and body are so important. I teach mindfulness and body awareness in all of my classes. It's so important for helping you with the stress and demands of an active lifestyle. I love to help people reach their goals and lead a more balanced life."

Nikki

Nicki Frost graduated from the University of Maryland at College Park in 1997 with a degree Kinesiology. She began her career in fitness at the CMS fitness center in April of 1999 as the wellness coordinator. In August of 2003, she was promoted to supervisor at the SSA fitness center and worked there until her son was born in June of 2007. Nicki has continued to work part time and teach group exercise classes since starting a family.

Erin is a happily married mother of five. Erin specializes in Stretch and Flexibility and offers Assisted stretching with our Stretch & Flex Zone. She has her certification as a Barre Above Instructor and has been active in the Health and Fitness community all of her life. Erin loves encouraging and motivating others to live their life to the fullest! Mind, Body, & Spirit.

Maile has been a certified Zumba instructor for five years and calls Zumba her "happy place." No matter what kind of day you've had, in Zumba you bring it, sweat it out and leave it. You don't have to be a dancer. It doesn't matter if you're 9 or 90. The whole goal is to have fun, feel the music and keep moving.

My Specialty: Helping people feel comfortable so they can have the courage to step outside of their comfort zone and become the best version of themselves. My Philosophy: Set attainable goals and believe in yourself. You have to make lifestyle changes and be consistent to get the results you want. Dieting is not the answer it is all about moderation and movement!
