Core De Force is a mixed martial arts-inspired workout that is a non-contact, high-energy, total-body sculpting class. With no equipment needed, it is a high-energy workout, with focus on core-centric movement designed to develop a strong, powerful core. Hard-hitting, high-energy music drives the motivation, but doesn’t drive the movement—participants move at their own pace. This makes the class appropriate for seasoned athletes and beginners alike!

Stretch and Tone

Stretch and Tone is a toning class dedicated to strengthening core musculature and defining muscle groups essential for movement and balance. The work is performed with hand weights, body weight, and exercise balls as well as with a focus on the Pilates principles of control, balance, and flow to lengthen, strengthen, and increase flexibility.
All ages and exercise levels are welcome.

Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga

Gentle yoga is a term used to denote a class that does not incorporate any downward facing dogs or chatarungas (ie. no vinyasa!)

Therefore, it is a great practice to work on reconnecting with the body while taking care of the joints. A wide array of postures will be explored to build strength and stamina, increase flexibility and mobility of the joints, build bone density, lengthen and tone the muscular fibres of the body to become fully supported and integrated as a whole.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga is recommended for anyone who trains or is longing for a recuperative, meditative experience.  This class gives you the opportunity to heal your body, recharge yourself and come back stronger for future workouts. This class is based on restorative, yin and easy flow. A perfect fit for all levels!

We offer a guided mindfulness meditation practice, which means being fully and attentively present in the moment. Meditation sessions occur once a month and include basic techniques to reduce stress and increase awareness and compassion.
